The 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting shall be held on December 29th.

 Registration at 10:30am

Meeting starts at 11:00am and ends not later than 12:00 noon

Only Registered Shareholders are Permitted to Attend

Please submit written questions, to the Company, at the organizations general email address 

For those unable to attend, your proxy, which requires signatures of the shareholder and a witness is required to be submitted prior to the meeting
